Organic Herb Inc. places strong emphasis on technological innovation and scientific research. Our R&D center includes a 400 m² testing and pilot workshop equipped with more than 10 sets of professional research equipment, with a total investment exceeding RMB 5 million.

Plant extracts are obtained by using natural plants as raw materials and applying advanced physicochemical extraction and separation technologies to selectively isolate and concentrate one or more active organic compounds, while maintaining the integrity of their natural molecular structure.
Our R&D activities focus on several key areas:
- Separation and purification of plant active ingredients
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis of active compounds
- Functional research of botanical ingredients
- Safety evaluation and biotechnology applications in plant resource utilization

Through continuous research and process optimization, our team develops efficient extraction technologies that increase the content of active ingredients while reducing production costs. These R&D achievements are directly applied to industrial production, ensuring stable quality and scalable manufacturing.
Currently, the R&D center has developed and applied multiple proprietary technologies, including:
- Co-extraction technology
- Nanomembrane separation technology
- Ion exchange resin purification
- Supercritical extraction technology
Advanced Laboratory
Established in 2018, the Laboratory serves as a core scientific platform for both product development and quality control. The laboratory is staffed by 24 researchers and technical professionals, including 12 professors or doctoral supervisors and 6 associate professors. It also maintains strong collaborative relationships with leading experts and academic institutions both domestically and internationally.
Equipped with advanced analytical instruments valued at over RMB 5 million, the laboratory provides robust technical support for research, testing, and quality assessment of plant extracts. Our capabilities cover the full spectrum from small-scale pilot studies to large-scale industrial production.
